Use the Point of Sale to host an Online Shop link for club merchandise.


Create a POS Location

To host an Online Shop, first, you’ll need to set up a point of sale location. Once the location is established, scroll to find the mobile ordering section. Select the flow control appropriate for your shop (we'd recommend automatic!).

Next, you'll have the option to add a note that appears at the top of the member-facing shop page. Use this to display any information about how to use the store.

Finally, you'll find an online link that you can copy to share on any website, social media page, newsletter, etc. You can use our native QR code generator to turn that link into a QR code for easy in-person access.


Create Products / Merchandise

In order to sell items through your online shop, you'll first need to add them to your product library. Follow these steps to add new products, assign them to product tags, and attach those tags to your new online shop location.

If you'd like to charge extra fees to offset shipping expenses, you'll need to enable a shipping rate for the items that will be mailed. Head to the product > click on the shipping rates tab and program the flat shipping price.


Fulfill Orders

If you'd like for an admin to be emailed whenever an online order has been placed, configure a notification in account settings.

To see the orders that have come in through your online shop, navigate to Point of Sale > Orders and filter by the online shop location.
