    • Now searches merch globally (across all clubs), making behind the scene matches when local club search is not enough.

      • Can set up lodging add ons, which are specific products linked to lodging that can be added to lodging reservations as paid itinerary items.

      • If you have lodging add-ons set up, you will see this pop up in the lodging itinerary section as an option

    • New tabs configuration option to customize which tabs show up in the reservations details overlay. Basic details, itinerary, and comments are the defaults and they can be drag and dropped to rearrange order

  • Spotlight and homepage search optimization

    • Search now weights results to provide the most relevant result for that specific user.

    • The search algorithm learns from the user’s behavior as they make selections, and takes favorites into account.

          • We show a max of three seatings, and the rest are in a view more, which you can click on the table to see in the left panel

          • Clicking on a table just filters the left menu reservations by that table, you can add a reservation from the left side menu

        • Highlights available booking times based on turn time

    • Host mode for past dates (availability mode)

    • Show member name on table in orders floor plan view when they are the only order on the table

      • Still shows receipt icon with a count if >1 order for the table

      • New visual to see all events for a day by time and event space to visual which spaces are available, overlaps, etc

      • Color-coded based on event status

      • Can add events from this view to an open spot by clicking on the cell

    • Have the option to send emails when creating payment request and for previous payment requests

  • Racquet Pros

    • Ability to toggle individual pros ability to be booked by members

  • Group classes

    • Ability to click on group class from the calendar and be taken to the correct day/week

    • Requests:

      • New booking setting for a “request” flow which allows members to complete their booking in a request capacity, which can later be approved by an admin

      • Requests follow a nearly identical flow to the existing booking flow, but

        • You can add alternate requests

        • When you submit a request, we do not assign a specific room (unless they have that setting configured), instead we keep track of the requested room type → when an admin confirms the res they will have the opportunity to pick the specific room

      • New tabs for lodging requests list and lodging requests calendar

        • Requests calendar has filters for room type and room because we don’t necessarily have a set room as we do on the existing calendar

          • The calendar uses AND logic so you have to have the room type AND room (which could be no room requested) to get it to show up on the calendar

  • Social events

    • Added attendees/groups count to the main Social Events dashboard.

    • New config to create admin only calendar events

  • Scheduled reports

    • Updated age out report:

      • Can now set a min/max age specific to dependents on a membership category

      • Age out report will check if each member is within the age specified for the member

        • If they are a dependent, we check if there is a specific age range for dependents, if not we check the main rule for the category

  • Dining

    • Multi-table dining reservations (pos5.4+)

      • Ability to add multiple tables to a dining reservation

      • When adding or editing reservation, you can click to add more tables, and then select any number of additional tables (from the available tables for that time)

        • Select from floor plan if one is available, otherwise select from a list of tables

      • Only admin-facing, members can still only book one table at a time

  • Regattas

    • Toggle in basic settings for “complete”- shows a badge on micro site/results

  • Member details

    • New attribute to denote a member as a dependent (does not show up for primary members)

    • Improved UI for managing profile and visibility across different touch points

    • For clubs that show “Members at the club” in the app, ability for individual members to opt-out of that feature via the member details page.

Feb 2026

    • Can now restrict registrations to participants only on the membership when camp is set to members only by disabling the “custom participant” toggle. This would prevent members from signing up their neighbors, grandkids, friends, or other people who don’t have profiles on the membership.

    • When registering for social events, participants can now add the booking to their personal calendar.

    • More explicit login flows to encourage login, and eliminated extra steps for selecting member before checkout if you are logged in (since we know who you are)

  • Gift Cards

    • Improved gift card purchase (pos 5.4) and issuance flow

    • Warning when issuing a card to the same customer + recipient combination

    • Required code entry when issuing physical card

    • Check for code uniqueness ahead of time, and flag if there’s a duplicate prior to card creation.

    • Ability to set allowed formats (physical, digital, or both) from the product details page.

  • Point of Sale (v5.4)

    • Staff code inputs

      • More obvious exit option for staff code input on smaller devices

      • Backspace button to remove the last entered character

    • Guest customers: ability to clear first and last name with a single tap for faster name entry

    • Table management

      • Ability to remove a table from an order

      • Ability to view and edit the table from the “more actions” overlay for any order (if restaurant mode is enabled)

    • Streamlined customer tip inputs

      • Previous behavior: The “Customer tip inputs” setting previously displayed a button on the payment screen that the operator could tap to pull up a customer-facing tip interface.

      • New behavior: collecting customer tips is streamlined to a single click when this setting is enabled. The operator can simply select the payment method (card or house account) and hand over the device. Clubspot will automatically display a customer-facing tip screen when customer tip inputs are enabled.

    • Streamlined payment flow

      • The payment flow has been moved to a popup for better visibility and focus.

      • Improved error messaging if/when payment methods become unavailable (eg. if the order is closed out on another device simultaneously, a card is authorized, an authorization is canceled, or the order total changes part-way through payment).

      • On-reader tipping is now supported regardless of capture mode (previously, on-reader tipping was only supported for automatic capture). This simplifies the settings logic so that the on-reader tip interface is always displayed if the setting is turned on. If you are using on-reader tipping with separate auth and capture, the initial tip during the auth is recorded and added to the order, but the operator still has an opportunity to edit the tip prior to capture.

      • The payment screen now displays settings call-outs as a convenience to indicate the configured behavior of the payment flow at a glance (eg. “Tipping: On reader”, “Separate auth & capture”, etc.

      • Authorized cards now appear more prominently with clear calls to action to cancel or capture the authorized amount.

    • Handheld POS

      • By default, the POS is now locked into portrait mode when running on a S700 card reader.
