When Clubspot imports your membership database we automatically grant members website access as long as they have an email and/or a mobile number on file. Members must go through a one-time verification process to claim their new user accounts the first time they log into your website.

You may want to periodically check which of your members have logged in, and which members have not, so that you can encourage members to set up their new accounts. To pull this report, just follow these steps:

From the Membership > Members tab, notice the Login Status column. There are two possible statuses:

• Activated - this member has accessed the website

• Awaiting Login - this member is yet to log in
