Member App

Every aspect of the Clubspot platform is designed for mobile devices first and foremost. In addition to a 100% mobile-optimized web experience, Clubspot also supports a native Member App for the members of full-stack clubs.

Members love the convenience of having the app icon on their home screen, so they can view and manage their membership with the tap of a finger. Members can also opt into relevant push notifications to receive timely updates and confirmations from the club directly on their phones.

The app mirrors the look and feel of the web-based member portal, allowing members to easily reference their billing, reservations, and personal account information. Club administrators can customize the tiles that make up the app's home page for a personalized experience.

The native app is based on the structure of your Member Portal. Below is an example of a customized member portal. You'll notice that each tile can have a custom image or a plain background. It can also have a title, as well as custom helper text. And that the tiles can be arranged in sections to break them into relevant groups. We can sequence the tiles in any order you'd like.
