Navigate to the Facilities > Current Assignments. This is where you can view your assignments and prices. It may be helpful to filter to a specific assignment product to pull up the assignments you are looking for.

Click into the blue revenue number to update that assignment price. You will be prompted to do this assignment in bulk if we detect that there are other assignments for that product at the same price point. Toggle this on to make this change for all assignments.

Facilities charges run at the same cadence as a membership’s dues. Make sure to always enter in the annualized amount, and Clubspot will calculate the appropriate rate depending on their schedule. Updates made to pricing will change all future and scheduled charges. Items that have already been invoiced will not be updated.
