Ability to issue invoices to new customers on the same registration

A typical use case for this feature is if you need to issue a new invoice to the Crew's parents, not the skipper's parents. 

  1. Click into the participant registration details 
  2. Under the Invoices section, click + Invoice 
  3. The invoice will auto-populate the skipper's details but you can change the Customer Name to the Crew 
  4. Once you enter in the invoice amount, please be sure to also update the email to send the invoice to the Crew's primary parent email on the registration
