Member Feedback
The Member Feedback module allows clubs to collect feedback from members after dining transactions. Members can rate their experience on a scale of 1-5 stars and optionally leave a written comment.
5-Star Rating System
Navigate to the admin dashboard > Member Analytics > Feedback to enable feedback collection.
When a member receives a digital receipt, they will be prompted to select a rating from 1-5 stars and leave an optional comment
Review Feedback
Member Analytics > Feedback will show the results of the feedback collection survey:
Feedback Notifications
Clubs can configure email notifications to alert admins if low-rated feedback is submitted from the Feedback > Settings page:
The Settings page can also be used to customize the language used to present the survey, such as "Share feedback on your experience."
