Online Payment Processing Timeline

Clubspot uses Stripe as our payment processing partner, so payment timing follows the standard processing rules used by banks and card networks. Card payments typically settle within 1–3 business days after the transaction is made. ACH (bank account) payments take a bit longer because they move through the ACH banking network and need time for verification. These payments usually take about 3–5 business days to fully process and settle. Once the payment settles, Stripe sends the funds to your bank based on your payout schedule. Because these steps involve multiple banks and payment networks, exact timing can vary slightly, especially around weekends and holidays
